About Me - Who is PAUL?
Edmund Paul Abayon III, originally from Tagbilaran City, Bohol, started his profession as a Software Engineer right after graduating from AMA Computer Univeristy - Cebu Campus. However, his passion for being a talkative person shifted his career to the call center industry for the past 6 years now. He worked with several of the biggest call center companies, namely, PeopleSupport, Inc. & Sykes Asia, Inc. He was also a call center trainer at Call Center Academy (CCA) & Philippine Call Center Institute (PCCI). He has been doing public speaking & several orientations that are related to call centers' business processes & development. He is always been a guy who is very passionate in helping other people by sharing his skills & knowledge to the world!

1. Upon submission of your resume, you agreed that I might make some changes to help you in marketing your application better.
2. After the coaching, you agreed to follow all instructions including the attachment of the Referral Form on your hard copy updated resume prior to walking-in to the call center companies.
3. A unique identifier is similar to a hand written signature so please read the FAQ & Pre-Registration Agreement, Terms & Conditions carefully before accepting the registration.
4. Upon agreeing on the Pre-Registration Agreement, you will follow business-related instructions very carefully.
5. Upon agreeing on the Pre-Registration Agreement, you fully understand the FAQ & Terms & Conditions.
Terms & Conditions
1. No Prankers Allowed! - Prankers are those people who have nothing else to do but just interrupt the discussion & cracks jokes. It maybe you or your friends beside you. Please keep them away, for 2 to 4 hours only, since I will not tolerate non-business related interruptions. I will disconnect you from the conference & cancel your referral permanently!
2. EOP (English Only Policy) - This is part of the coaching & will be a good Head Start in doing your job!
3. Do NOT open other non-business related applications in your computer. Use only the once mentioned in the FAQ. I hate wasting my time & repeating myself since this is not the only thing I have to attend to.
4. Take note of your questions & Ask later after the coaching. It's hard to understand if all of you will speak out your concerns since this is not a classroom setting. I cannot see you; I can only hear you. You will only contribute noise pollution to everyone listening to the voice conference. Hope you get my point.
5. Do not do anything (using your mouse & keyboard) unless I tell you to do so. Since you might accidentally close an important application & it will waste everybody's time.
6. Follow all Terms & Conditions stated above. Again, I will disconnect you from the conference & cancel your referral permanently if you cannot follow these simple instructions.

FAQ - What is this FREE Online Coaching?
Online Coaching is absolutely FREE! Except if you're renting a PC from a net cafe, you have to pay the hourly rate of course. Other than that, it is FREE!
Is this a SCAM?
It's definitely NOT a SCAM because this is my job before & I created the coaching module myself. You will only be given 90% chances of getting hired & not 100%. That's impossible! Not unless if we cheat which is impossible too in this industry. Lastly, I will get paid by the call center companies themselves indirectly through my friends who are working in the call center companies.
How will I get paid?
I will only get paid half of the referral fee if you will be hired in the call center company! Why half only?... Because my friends, who works in the specified call center companies, are the once who will refer you to the company & not me. I will just be handling the coaching. After the coaching, you're obliged to use my friend's complete name as your referrer.
I'm I credible enough to do the coaching?
Absolutely. I've been in the call center industry for over 4 years, teaching for over 2 years & that includes call center coaching when I was a Call Center Trainer with Call Center Academy (CCA). This stuff runs normally in my blood streams so just relax! You're in Good Hands!
Why do you need to attend the coaching?
You will have 90% chances of getting hired in the call center company you wish to apply. Why?... Since you will know ahead what to expect (e.g.: hiring process, possible interview/exam questions, tips/techniques & many more!). It will definitely boost your chances & confidence! All that for FREE!
How many hours will it take?
The online coaching will take 2 to 4 hours only; it depends on the topics discussed.
What are the topics involved?
Interview 101 & CCSC (Call Center Specifics Coaching)
What are the things needed during the voice conference?
- A working computer with broadband connection & a quality headset with a working microphone!
- Any internet browser (Mozilla Firefox recommended as long as Adobe Flash player is currently installed in your pc)
- Skype application (download Skype, click here)
- Notepad or a pen/paper (for taking down notes if applicable)
Note: These are for strict compliance! So make sure all of these stuff are readily installed & working correctly to avoid wasting time before the voice conference.
What are the requirements?
1. You must finished at least 2nd year grad or undergrad who speaks & understands English language at a legal age; 18 years old & above.
2. You must have not applied to any of the specified call center companies (either Stream, Convergys or Sykes) for the past 3 months.
3. You MUST refer at least 1 friend to join the free coaching session. This is a must! But you can refer more if you want.
How to join?
1. If you are qualified, you & your friend(s) must register & submit your updated resume by clicking here.
2. Once you're done with your registration, text me right away @ 0928.244.5951 & wait for further instructions since the main communication will be through mobile phone before or during the scheduled coaching. Schedule of coaching is finalized as soon as participants reaches at least 10/week. So if I were you I would refer more friends to attend the FREE Online Coaching.
What happens after the coaching?
