Pre-Registration Agreement
1. Upon submission of your resume, you agreed that I might make some changes to help you in marketing your application better.
2. After the coaching, you agreed to follow all instructions including the attachment of the Referral Form on your hard copy updated resume prior to walking-in to the call center companies.
3. A unique identifier is similar to a hand written signature so please read the FAQ & Pre-Registration Agreement, Terms & Conditions carefully before accepting the registration.
4. Upon agreeing on the Pre-Registration Agreement, you will follow business-related instructions very carefully.
5. Upon agreeing on the Pre-Registration Agreement, you fully understand the FAQ & Terms & Conditions.
Terms & Conditions
1. No Prankers Allowed! - Prankers are those people who have nothing else to do but just interrupt the discussion & cracks jokes. It maybe you or your friends beside you. Please keep them away, for 2 to 4 hours only, since I will not tolerate non-business related interruptions. I will disconnect you from the conference & cancel your referral permanently!
2. EOP (English Only Policy) - This is part of the coaching & will be a good Head Start in doing your job!
3. Do NOT open other non-business related applications in your computer. Use only the once mentioned in the FAQ. I hate wasting my time & repeating myself since this is not the only thing I have to attend to.
4. Take note of your questions & Ask later after the coaching. It's hard to understand if all of you will speak out your concerns since this is not a classroom setting. I cannot see you; I can only hear you. You will only contribute noise pollution to everyone listening to the voice conference. Hope you get my point.
5. Do not do anything (using your mouse & keyboard) unless I tell you to do so. Since you might accidentally close an important application & it will waste everybody's time.
