About Me - Who is PAUL?
Edmund Paul Abayon III, originally from Tagbilaran City, Bohol, started his profession as a Software Engineer right after graduating from AMA Computer Univeristy - Cebu Campus. However, his passion for being a talkative person shifted his career to the call center industry for the past 6 years now. He worked with several of the biggest call center companies, namely, PeopleSupport, Inc. & Sykes Asia, Inc. He was also a call center trainer at Call Center Academy (CCA) & Philippine Call Center Institute (PCCI). He has been doing public speaking & several orientations that are related to call centers' business processes & development. He is always been a guy who is very passionate in helping other people by sharing his skills & knowledge to the world!
